dbg22 Terms and Conditions

dbg22 ("we", "our", "platform") provides online gaming, sports betting, and casino services for users in Bangladesh. In these Terms, "user", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on the dbg22 platform.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) — meaning you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw.
• Each bonus may have separate conditions for validity period, eligible games, and minimum odds.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it will be converted to real balance only after wagering is complete.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on active participation and activity on the platform. Cashback is calculated weekly and is generally added to the account at the start of the week. Cashback amounts and terms may change.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbg22 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to meet wagering requirements through strategic play.
• Placing bets using software, bots, automated tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the platform's software or game outcomes in any way.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
• Registering with a false identity or documents.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, dbg22 may permanently close the account without prior notice, forfeit deposited funds, and take legal action.

Fair play applies to slots, casino games, sports betting, and all other services on dbg22. Each game is operated by a certified random number generator (RNG).

• Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal outcome, dbg22 reserves the right to void that round and return the bet amount.
• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the bet amount is generally returned.
• Maximum bet limits may apply for specific games and will be stated in the game rules.

These Terms are prepared in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali version will take precedence.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that clause will be removed and all remaining clauses will remain in full effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between dbg22 and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
